A huge shout-out to our outstanding RN team member, Cara, for her professionalism and exceptional medical support on the slopes last year.

While caring for injured personnel in a demanding alpine environment, Cara demonstrated calm, decisive, and highly skilled medical care, efforts that have been recognised with a First Sea Lord’s Commendation.

As if that wasn’t enough, Cara is also an exceptional snowboarder!

A true credit to the team and the Service. 👏🏂

🏂✨ What an incredible week for the UK Armed Forces Snowboard Team ! A massive shoutout to and for their unwavering support. 🙌 Our talented athletes have truly shined, with 5 members from the Royal Navy and selected to compete. 🏅🥇🥈🥉

Their hard work and dedication have paid off, bringing home an impressive haul of 2 gold, 1 silver, and 3 bronze medals across boardercross and big airs! 🎉💪

The spirit of teamwork that drives us all forward! 🇬🇧❄️
