Fishing was tough for Gareth Lloyde's group this week, with fish spawning at the end of the week. Baby orange spot @ 46.06 taking after her mum putting on over 20lb since first being tagged which was good to see.
Results: 65M, 55.06M, 52.07M, 46.06M, 43.10M, 39M, 36M, 32.08M

Adam Ryan's small group of 4 tackled the lake this week. With some of the smaller residents being on the munch, they still managed to get amongst a few fish. Nice to see some of the younger fish coming through.

Mark Ireland's group hit the banks for their regular trip. Seems some sneaky spawning may have taken place recently with the big girl coming out 11lb down on weight. Some lumps out and 4 PB's is not a bad return.

Dave Bellchamber's group had their annual trip to Pierres last week. Land one lose one seemed to be the story of the week.
Results: 60G, 54.6M, 42M, 41M, 40.8M, 40M, 40M, 36M, 32M, 29.8M, 28M, 22.6M.

The England Ladies had their annual outing to Pierres last week with the fishing being slow the first half of the week, a continuation of the week before. A change in fortunes for the remaining few days had the fish waking up resulting in a few lumps. Samantha E. Hoskins with her new PB to boot also.
Results: 64M, 64M, 45M, 44M, 42M, 38.10M, 38.07M, 33M, 33M, 30.08M, 30M, 20.02M.

Martyn Powell's group returned to the lake for their trip to Pierres. Tougher going last week for the group with the lake fishing in small spells. Although the lads did manage to keep up the run of a fish out over 60lb every week so far this season.

Hope you are all enjoying the start to your long weekend.
If you’re coming over to the lake please keep in mind the following:
Travel and van insurance. Make sure your cars and vans have international breakdown cover and that you have travel insurance in case there are any problems coming over. At the moment there is some shortages of petrol at stations as people panic buy. So please plan your fill ups when you get chance.
