Preparation for the adventure race Red Bull X-Alps.

We will try to document the training and preparations for this unique race that will take us across the Alps from Salzburg to Monaco by walking or flying with my paraglider in the fastest time possible

this year was a though one for me. I underestimated the Heat and started making pretty bad decision, Luckily I had an awesome team that helped me out of this situation so I could finally find some of my rhythm back.
I am very happy with the race and I learned a lot, and maybe the most important thing ▶️ I really love paragliding adventure races, even when thing's are not working out well or the way you thing they should.

Started with a brutal hike up Hanenkamm. The heat was intense, but then we hit perfect flying conditions.
backwind and cloud base at 4300 m.
Made it all the way to Sexten. Second at the turnpoint.
