J’ai eu l’immense plaisir d’enseigner le premier cours collectif de PYRFIT BEST BODY TRAINING en Afrique !!!!
Mais sûrement pas le dernier✌🏾

Les pratiquantes et pratiquants sont tous membres de l’Association de la Maison des Artistes danseurs du 228 à Lomé qui, de part leur participation au cours ; ont fait preuve d’une superbe énergie,d’une générosité débordante et d’un talent Fou 👌🏾

Ce fut un honneur pour moi de leur transmettre mon savoir,ma passion et le fruit de mes recherches consacrées à l’entraînement🏃🏾‍♂️ et au bien-être 🧘🏽‍♂️.
