Run economy 🏃🏻‍♂️is one of the most misunderstood 🏴‍☠️ metrics in running and often overlooked. While some believe how the foot lands (heel, mid foot, forefoot) and/or “form” are key to improving efficiency, what is clear is that they have minimal impact.
Mileage ⌛️, race pace 💨, and plyometrics 💣 are far more impactful
