This week I had the privilege of a mentor coaching session with this amazing woman: Talyaa. Feeling grateful for the wonderful people on my path of professional growth!

15 years ago I switched to therapy by leaving my corporate executive career behind. Then, when working as a therapist in Vancouver I became a certified coach and I loved it! I knew that helping others was my calling. I didn’t know if I would be successful or not, but I knew that I loved it.

13 years later and I am a Master Certified Coach. I believe that coaching is the future of mental health!

Therefore, I am starting these live Q&A sessions.

I was lucky enough to experience this intriguing city twice, back in 2009. Both times a work/visit trip.

✴️Tip: Working on projects with people from different cultures makes for interesting challenges. Open your eyes and mind to other ways of thinking and communicating.

Very enriching.

✴️ Warning!

Solo travelling with a mindset that’s intentionally open to strangers might lead to encounters with amazing people!

But there's also a great feeling of gratitude

🎆 I somehow thank 2020 🎆

Everything that happened contributed to my personal growth.

🎆 What if 2020 was the year we all needed?

A year so uncomfortable, so painful, so scary, so raw that it finally forced us to grow.

A year that screamed so loud, finally awakening us from our ignorant slumber.

A year we finally accepted the need for change.

Declare change. Work for change. Become the change.

A year we finally bonded together, instead of pushing each other further apart.

What if 2020 might was the most important year of our lives?

🎆 Change doesn't wait!

This year be someone you yourself can admire.

The goal is not to get rid of all your negative thoughts, feelings and life situations from this past year. That's impossible. The goal is to change your response to them in this new year.
