Home gym coming along. New flooring, new windows and another erg. The garden wall used to be a rolling shutter, now bricked in and new 'French' windows. The infrared sauna certainly help repairs afterwards 🚣‍♀️🇫🇷

Today we had a fun afternoon at Casteljaloux Aqua Park. Lots of laughs trying to get around the course, mostly failing with water getting everywhere! Highly recommend this activity especially if you have young people to entertain.

An early morning cycle with guests Eddy and Martha. Breakfast straight from the Boulangerie! A good circular route up and down the banks of the River Lot. It was a hot ride and we were glad of the refreshing pool afterwards.

An early morning skulling lesson for Hannah who enjoyed a beautiful warm morning on flat calm waters. The only ripple was caused by our resident pair of swans and cygnets!

Another lovely wild life sighting, a male partridge just walked past the office door. Impossible to get a photo but what beautiful markings.
