We have been drawing lines and curves in the mountains with our skis and kites for over 20 years. If we can consider ourselves artists, here is our Masterpiece!!
it's a line of a lifetime.
the couloir is 1000m elevation between 40 and 50 degrees...We did it 3 times, with 2 different routes, around 20 minutes to ride it up !
It requires being here at the right time on the right day with the right wind, the right person and the right timing with the cameraman...and also a high level of concentration for not destroying your kite in the rocks.

All started in the year 2000. We did our first ride up on the south face of this mountain called 3 Evéchés.The face is not steep , as a Blue run.
Each winter , step by step we started riding new places, checking the mountain around us and saying " maybe one day we will ride this mountain" and we rode it. Each year we pushed a bit further snowkiting steep lines.
Few years ago we skied the North face of 3 Eveches and we said " one day we will ride up this face " . The years after , we rode it up !On our way down we saw this crazy and inimaginable couloir and in laughing we said "next one will be this one " We knew this couloir from the top but we never dared to ski it down, it was so scary...But in fact with a kite on the way up , the mountain looks flat 🙂
2 years after we rode it up it was the most insane line we did !!
Last April we did it again but this time with Wareck Arnaud filming it and today we can clearly show you this insane line.
Today the main trouble we have , it's that we don't know what we will do next to push what it's possible to do with a kite in the mountains.We know that we can ride steeper but we also know that we cannot ski more that 50 degrees slope...
