Great riding along the coastline the last few days. We finally found cool weather though. Now we start heading back to Toulouse to fly out.

Beziers->Sete Today we made it from the oldest city in France to the Mediterranean Sea. The weather has cooled down considerably. It was a great day for a ride!

Narbonne->Port du Somali->Béziers : Beautiful ride through vineyards and medieval ruins. We are very close to the Mediterranean Sea and will be swimming in I try tomorrow.

Carcassonne was founded around 3,500BC but the walled castle city was built circa 300BC. Still standing strong.

We did stop into a local shop to straighten my valve stem and reinforce my pannier.

Today we rode from Montauban to Toulouse. Been having to ride early to avoid the heat. Temperatures are usually in the mid eighties in late August but getting over 100 now. We apparently brought the heat with us. So far no mechanicals or any problems whatsoever.
