Two signature lines on that page. Only one is filled.

The Outremer X-Series is a new way of building our boats. Same VPLP hull, untouched. But the parts that carry the weight are replaced with lighter ones.

The second signature belongs to a sailor who goes a lot faster than we do. He will be tuning the whole range with us. The 48 X first, then the 52, the 57 and the 64.

He will be on the booth on Friday evening to sign it himself. Come and meet him.

After the European Yacht of the Year nomination, the Outremer 48 has been nominated for Top 10 Best Boats.

The Outremer 48 was built to take two people a long way. Fifteen metres, ten and a half tonnes, the most compact of the new generation, built to the same standard. The Outremer 52 was in the same Top 10 for 2025.

The Outremer 48 has been nominated for European Yacht of the Year 2027.

The award is judged by twelve test editors from Europe's leading sailing magazines. An independent verdict, given at sea.

Five Outremers have already won it: Outremer 49, Outremer 5X, Outremer 4X, Outremer 55, Outremer 52.

The Outremer 48 is the most compact of the new generation, built to the same standard, sailed by two. The winner will be announced in Düsseldorf in January 2027. Until then, the Outremer 48 is not to be talked about. She is to be sailed.
