Five and a half years in Malta. Not a chapter closing. An evolution.
This started before.
Mexico. Spain. France. England.
And then Malta.
It did not start as an idea. It started with a standard.
Even while competing, I was drawn to outdoor training. The freedom of it. Minimal equipment. Your body and the environment working together. Not a rejection of the gym, but a deep belief that it develops something deeper. Physically and mentally.
That standard never changed. Build a real space for people who value freedom, adaptability, and resilience. Train in all conditions. Weather is part of the process.
Early mornings in the parks. Sessions in every condition. Week after week, the same faces showing up, building something solid together.
Maltese, Americans, British, Egyptians, French, Italians, Filipinos, Swiss, Dutch, Ukrainians, Russians. Different backgrounds, same standard. Training side by side, building respect through effort. That matters.
The farewell brunch reflected everything. The energy, the presence, the generosity. I did not expect that level of love and I carry it with me.
25 kilo transformations. Strength built from zero. Bodies reshaped. Energy restored. But the real shift was always internal.
From motivation to discipline.
From confusion to clarity.
From avoidance to presence.
That is the work.
To my team and everyone who showed up week after week from all over the world, you made this what it is. The gratitude I have for each of you is real and it stays with me.
Malta, thank you.
Now it continues.
The Hague.
Same standard. Higher level.
Let's build again. 🌍🦁✊
