Check out the .mtb online courses for mtb skills which through detailed progressions can really help you to achieve the assessment criteria of your MIAS course. In depth courses like ‘Baseline Balance’ and ‘Bunny Hop Masterclass’ with many steps in the progressions to brake down the skills into manageable segments for all. Arrive on your MIAS course at the level and save the stress of trying to get to the level during the course.

As well as improving you personal skills this course is also an invaluable resource to help you with teaching/coaching parts of your MIAS qualification. Learning these progressions will give you infinite abound of drills and exercises to use on your future students of all levels.

Online learning will never replace the advantages of a physical coach but the 2 can certainly complement each other.
