Bonjour! I am Kirsten, a native German living in France. Being born and raised in Germany I have also lived in England and the US.

My objective is working with you towards your personal goal:
* focus on your ability to continue practicing your favourite sport
* support to cope with a pathology or to overcome an injury
* help in developing your teaching style

What is your objective? I am passionate about swimming and used to be a professional swimmer in my youth. After moving to France in 2015 I have changed my career from business ( project manager, MBA) to the more fulfilling career as a Pilates Teacher. Having practiced Pilates for more than 15 years, I gradruated from essence pilates studio, Bremen (Germany) in 2019 as a Pilates instructor, mat. Soon after I have continued my education at basi pilates and successfully finished my comprehensive teacher training course (CTTC), allowing me to teach Pilates mat classes as well as Pilates on the machines (reformer, cadillac, chair, spine corrector, ladder barrel).

Introductory Offer: Single class: € 25,00 / 4 classes: € 90,00.

👉 Classes are running with a minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 6 participants.

* les mardis, de 9h30 à 10h25 : Pilates avec SwissBall (gros ballon)
* les mardis, de 10h30 à 11h25 : Pilates niveau débutant/intermédiaire (adapté aux coureurs)
* les jeudis, de 10h30 à 11h25 : Pilates niveau débutant (adapté aux personnes souffrant de problèmes de dos ou d'épaules) ; convient également aux débutants
