I’m really excited (and more than a little nervous!) to start offering live-and-in-person classes here in Lévignac!⁣
⁣
Easy Like Sunday Morning will be a monthly-ish series of small-group yoga + movement events. Some Sundays might be a class followed by coffee, others yoga + brunch or a longer workshop — each month will be a little different.⁣
⁣
We’re starting on Sunday 20 September, with 75 minutes to move, breathe and explore something a little different⁣
⁣
We’ll mix yoga + movement with strength and mobility, and use therapy balls in some novel ways to help ease tension. Then we’ll change the pace with restorative yoga and time to rest, before finishing up with coffee, tea and a relaxed end to the morning 🫖☕️⁣

Sometimes it’s ok to ignore the rules (or rewrite them! ) and just have some fun 🤩⁣

Twists and slides are a great way to find all the nooks and crannies that we might miss when we always follow the rules - so play, slide, explore, tie yourself up in knots and move freely. What you find when you’re done may surprise you!⁣

I have been pretty quiet here for the past few weeks, mostly due to scenarios like this 👆 😵‍💫

It’s been the same story in pretty much every room. It starts with “oh we just need to paint” which turns into “I better just tap these cracks to be sure” which leads to...well, what you see above!

Some days it’s hard to feel positive. This time last year I thought I’d ready to run my first retreat before the end of 2025 - but life and this house had other ideas 😫

But then we remember how lucky we are, how much we love living here in this beautiful part of France, and how wonderful this space will be once we get past this (extremely) messy middle. It will all be worth it!!

Hopefully I’ll have the time to get back to sharing movement and rest again soon - and goddess knows I could do with both myself - but for now it’s back to work!

If I could just find my paintbrush under all this mess...🤔🤔🤔

Took a much needed break yesterday from the e n d l e s s renovations to make something pretty and cheerful to dress up our dusty, messy space 😩🤣🌷. I’m loving these wreath workshops with so much - can’t wait for the next one! Thank you for a fab morning Bex and 💗😘. Now, back to work 😫!
