☝First is When I hear that somebody need to train 8 Days a week in the gym to see results, then there is the face I give to somebody that says I am not seeing results after only 2-3month of training🤦♂️ and that I need to that exercises which the big guy on juice is doing to see results....🤦♂️🤦♂️...
Okay Jokes aside,🥸 after few unsuccesful shots, we finally manage to take one nice picture with of course the glasses in the hand and Burj al Arab behind while being in 🌊 ....
Long story short: Results take time,🤷♂️ demotivation is inevitable🤷♂️, but to make it happen: you only need to train 3-4 times a week (choose what you can sustain for the long run), 45-75min (4-6 exercises per session), 15-18 sets per muscle group per week (20 if your recovery is on point), add some steps and cardio when you can as active recovery day, Sleep enough and Eat good.

Simple! Any workout is the best workout.
Simple! HIIT will not get you fast, but will burn you out faster and youll stop faster (as recovery is longer, easily prone to injury)
Simple! Build a good base, have results for longer time.....
