to share as much data as possible, heart rate, power, speed, pace, distance, etc. We must be realistic of your goals, we must consider work and family commitments. Its not solely the amount of hours you train a week, it’s the rest, nutrition, life stress’ all these small things make a massive difference to the out come of all the hard work. We do not give you a 20 week plan and then sit back, we follow your weekly progress and issue a bespoke weekly or monthly plan. You'll be set up with a free Training peaks account giving you somewhere to view your weekly plan plus loads of extra data, its the perfect place to follow your progress and send and receive mail. The different prices of the plans reflect the communication time with your coach, with more communication time, The coach gathers more feed back from you on how your training is going.
