🏃‍♀️MEDIO MARATÓN ALMERÍA 2026

What an experience & mental battle for this first half marathon! 🏅
My goal was to finish the race 🏁 without walking and to manage my physical & mental energy 🔋 as best as I could — ⏱️ the time is bonus!

🧠 That state you are getting to where your body goes on autopilot 🦾, driven by a mind that’s determined to see it through no matter what is something I have experienced for the first time during endless minutes - 🧘‍♀️ the power of the present moment, keeping a 🗣️ positive voice in your head.

Thanks to for helping me keeping an eye on my pace and heart rate 📊 throughout the race.

Don’t know if it is a “see you soon” 👋 yet but a great self-experience 🙏🏻
