Nice meeting under the stars with Michael & Stephanie, founder of chefcampers.com at "lac des plagnes" (Close to Abondance)
Last night we arrived at that infamous “lockdown corona camp”. It was the place we spent all that time in March and April. We had the place to ourselves, it was stunning. Last night we returned to lots of cars, people hiking and general busy stuff. We were gutted. I wanted to return and film again. But... people aren’t always a bad thing. Last night, at around 21:30 and in true “ChefCamper” style, I met Frederic. He’s spent the last ten years hitchhiking around the World. Africa, Afghanistan, Iceland.. the list goes on. He was sleeping in his car that night and we shared the evening under the stars. This morning we shared coffee and mince pies. I’m going to get to know Frederic from Horizon 180 and I sense you will too. Man, I love how this stuff happens.
