Bread, Cheese, Wine 💪
Autumn is here, winter is coming, the rain is also there as well as natural disasters ...
The damp cold is now our friend 🙂.
Most of the climbing gyms are closed ... It will be difficult to wear out our shoes!
Fortunately in France we have bread 🥖 , cheers 🧀 , wine 🍷 and ... 📺 !

Hi guys! What is this photo ?! This is the story of a good guy ( ) who tells you that rock climbing has brought him a lot of great encounters in his life and that he couldn't care less about the skin color under your chalk.

E M I L E
When I went climbing with the children last week in LA TROCHE, I had the pleasure of bumping into Émile.
Émile is just the kind of climber that I appreciate.
He is passionate about climbing, discreet and strong!
In this photo he is making a line he created himself, he couldn't really tell me how difficult it was, but it doesn't matter because the movements were really beautiful and that is more than enough!
A reminder of the essentials of climbing: climb pretty before climbing hard!
