I’m happy to share that I’ll be offering a limited number of free Compassionate Inquiry practice sessions from September to January as part of my mentorship journey. A trauma-informed approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté.
Exploring the body, being with sensations, and gently looking beneath my own beliefs, protective patterns and emotional reactions has been, and continues to be, an important part of my personal inner work. It has helped me meet parts of myself that I once found difficult to understand or accept, and to bring more awareness to repetitive mental loops, grief, and beliefs around aloneness or unworthiness. It is one of the reasons I feel called to hold space for others in this way.
This work feels like a natural continuation of my path with yoga, psychology, body awareness and emotional exploration. The sessions are an invitation to slow down and notice what may be happening beneath certain reactions, patterns or beliefs, with curiosity, compassion and respect for your own pace.
Compassionate Inquiry can support daily life by helping us recognise the unconscious stories and protective responses that may be shaping how we relate to ourselves, others, work and stress: creating more space for awareness, choice and self-compassion.
These are practice sessions offered as part of my supervised training, so they are free. The space will be respectful, gradual and guided by what feels safe enough to explore.
Message me if you feel curious, have questions or would like to book a first session.
