Living the life you truly want to live takes . And for some, it is not always possible due to circumstances beyond their , financial or personal constraints.
But if you do have a choice and you have been feeling unhappy, it may be worth taking a step back and re-evaluating your — something I explore with every client.

Understanding your values today can help explain why you may feel restless, dissatisfied in your job, or uncomfortable in your work environment. It also helps clarify what truly matters to you, what drives you, and where you want to go next.
That is why I support my clients in reviewing their values and identifying their before assessing their . Skills can always be developed — especially when they are aligned with what matters most to you.
And if you do not have the freedom to fully live the life you want, you can at least, as one of my clients put it, define your non-negotiables.
