Breakfast Ideas
Protein pancakes!!
60g Vanilla Protein powder
4 egg whites or 5g Xanthum Gum (vegan option)
225g Oat/Spelt Flour
15g Baking Powder
120g Low Fat Natural Yoghurt (use additional water or coconut yoghurt for vegan option)
Water to create pancake consistency
Combine all ingredients. I like to use an old store bought "pancake shake" container, as there is 300g of dry ingredients so you know the wet ingredients need to go up to the line on the shake container to create the right consistency!
Makes a batch of about 20 small pancakes so an easy breakfast done for the whole week!!
Portion the cooked pancakes into snap lock bags and label with each day of the week
I chose to top mine with The Yoghurt Shop Skinny Yoghurt and berries as well as Walden Farm calorie free strawberry sauce!!
On average for 4 small pancakes (not inc topping)
