A day to meet your body, your desires, and your creative fire — without shame, without performance, without apology.

We dance, draw, play, touch, witness, and express the full spectrum of our humanity — from tenderness to rawness, stillness to wildness.

Hello dears,
I just came back from a module of continuous professional development with my Movement Medicine teachers dedicated to the art of holding ceremonies through the medicine of movement. I feel more connected than ever to the role of holding spaces for people to allow the really tender to come to the surface and move it into healing.

After a first very moving Somatic Love Sunday ceremony last March that was a spontaneous response to the state of tumult the world - and myself - are in, I decided to reproduce the format. In a world that is hyper polarized, I believe that coming together to dance our prayers is something we can definitely do at least once a month!

This year I didn't come to this point of making new resolutions. It felt that I was already very clear with my focus: coming out more systematically with my work as facilitator of transformational and somatic spaces. Inviting people in their sovereignty and permission, to lean more easefully and powerfully into purpose.

Not in a top-down forceful way — school is over! —but by tapping into our playfulness, our aliveness, our erøtic life force.

As the old world crumbles and becomes grotesquely polarized, I truly believe that it becomes more essential than ever to connect to those deeper places in ourselves and together. To train the peace muscle, to choose love over and over, right here, right now, in this body; mobilizing the resources that are there: the play, the ecstasy, touch, sound, movement...

In contact with that in myself it has become clear that I want to hold more and longer containers. To invite even more breadth and depth.

So these next weeks I'll offer an abundance of offerings:
