Paul-Henry de Baère, aka PH, is HALO2 CEO, he created Top Out Aero in 2014, which became HALO2 in 2020.
PH runs Courchevel Skydive, he is also Expedition Leader for Everest Skydive and Antarctica Skydive.
He organised and performed many World Records, such as the Highest Tandem Skydive, Highest Parachute Landing, Fastest Skydive over 7 Continents…

The Top Out Aero (TOA) system adapted for skydiving, created by Ted Atkins and developed by the Everest Skydive core team, has been used for a decade for multiple events. After Ted Atkins passing in 2018, the TOA system development wasn’t fully achieved and stayed as a serial prototype project.
It is the end of the TOA systems, as the few remaining systems are over 10 years old now, which is their service life. We understand that some experimental prototype systems have been acquired by third parties from the possessions of the late Ted Atkins and Tom Noonan. While previously experimental they are now considered unairworthy and beyond intended service life. We explicitly condemn the use of these systems for skydiving and recommend their quarantine and destruction.
Therefore, the involved companies in the creation and development of this system such as HALO2 and Top Out Aero decline all liability concerning the use of these systems for any kind of skydiving activities.

Mont Saint Michel Celebration.
Tom Noonan Memorial.
Jim Wigginton, on Saint Michel weekend, jumped tandem over Mont Saint Michel, with TI Jean-Philippe Audhuy, camera Nadezda Solovyeva and Apacheprod.com.
Honoring the memory of Tom Noonan, Jim sponsored the tandem jump of Benjamin, wounded Infantry Marine, with the support of CABAT and Laurent Billet president of HVS. Mark Procos from UPT and Candi Procos from Vigil AAD also crossed the Atlantic ocean to make a commemorative jump for Tom.
