Dear Vittorazi customers, fans, and lovers, as some of you may be already aware, an Airbox series didn’t perform to our quality standards and this occurrence pained us greatly. Nothing worse for us than providing you with a not-up-to-Vittorazi Motors standard engine, since your best experience up in the air is our first goal. Regretfully, despite our relentless efforts to offer the best, applying strict protocols and stringent quality assurance measures, something did not perform as planned.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗻: immediately after realizing the extent of the inconvenience, we took steps at all levels, to sort it out as quickly as possible by finding a resolutive, viable, and efficient solution.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱: the Airbox has been reinforced, prototyped, and severely stress-tested, meanwhile working out further stringent manufacturing processes and quality checking. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗸: you can submit your request for the free replacement of your Airbox at this web page >> bit.ly/SB_Moster185_Airbox then you'll be contacted by your dealer to arrange the shipment. The installation of the new airbox is straightforward and always refer to the Maintenance Manual of your engine, paragraph 3.3 Airbox, or to your Vittorazi Dealer.
