�About the Coaches �Rise n Thrive is run by Roman Caban and George Edwards, both personal trainers and exercise physiologist. Between them they have accumulated 30 years of personal training, working with elite athletes in a range of sports across Europe. and many 9-5 city professionals. �Their holistic approach and attention to detail of biomechanics has helped hundreds of people achieve their potential.
