There are no advanced poses saved for the end of class. No adjustments that make you feel like you’re doing it wrong. No subtle pressure to be further along than you are.

Each session is built around you, where your body is that morning, what it needs that afternoon, how your breath is moving that day.

Two teachers. Twelve guests. Enough attention for it to actually mean something.
