Hi everyone! It’s been a loooong break away but as you can see….I grew a new little life into this world and have been a little occupied since having my baby boy, Indy, on Dec 16, 2020. ✨
I always thought that my pregnancy journey was going to be filled with my usual training (with modifications) as I went along…I’ve been trained to teach it all and was ready for it but my body had a different idea of what that was going to be. I learned that a lot of stretching and a little bit of strengthening were my friends and slowing down was my best friend.
With all that being said….I am excited to be back on the gram and I will be sharing the best tips and tricks that felt good to me for my body and my mind during my pregnancy as well as my recovery and journey into mama hood. 💗
