Goals ?

L’objectif est clair : transférer les qualités physiques développées en salle vers la performance sur le court.
Concrètement, cela signifie transformer la force gagnée en salle en explosivité spécifique : un premier pas plus efficace, des changements de direction plus rapides…

Il s’agit aussi d’optimiser la vitesse utile, celle qui permet de mieux s’organiser, d’être plus réactif et plus précis dans les déplacements.

Le travail vise également à améliorer la coordination dans des situations proches du jeu réel, et à maintenir un haut niveau d’intensité sur la répétition des efforts.

La séance en salle construit le moteur.
Lq séancesur le terrain apprend à l’utiliser au bon moment, à la bonne vitesse et dans le bon contexte
