Lovely to see Wilfried , Nadège and mai over the weekend and the new pup … They had a good handful of cracking fish and a couple of new personal best for mai .. well done young man 😉👌🏻..

Last of the pics for dave.. he managed to capture plenty of wicked fish during the week …moving 3 times chasing them down payed off on every swim .. lovely times 😉👌

For those that know the grey lady she’s probably top 5 for one of the hardest fighting fish in the lake .. alongside with this particular big male common… it was the perfect brace on a very hot day 👌😁🐳🕺💥

Sticking with the common theme again check this one out .. The colours on her tail are incredible almost luminescent it’s so bright ..
nothing to do with photo shop or changing of filters this is how she is ..just mega 🧡🐋👌🏻😉

Great weeks angling from Peter, rich and Paul … The fish didn’t exactly give themselves up they really did work hard for those bites …
morning ,evening and silly o clock seemed to be prime time for multiple takes so they had to capitalise on being ready to rock ..

During the the day time the fish liked to chill basking in the sun in the upper layers or hiding out of harms way ..

Regular Baiting was key a good kilo or more was slopped out on the spots with the bait boats fully loaded with partical and boilie ..every 2 hours the lads kept the spots rocking when they turned up it was game on ..

Well done chaps great banter and good times as always .. Thankyou for the beers and keeping everything spotless you are legends see you all soon .. 😉 🎣 🕺💥👊

It’s been a busy couple of months here at the lake and I have been abit absent In my posts .. I had a few technical issues and couldn’t log in properly but everything is back up and running again so happy days …

The dam wall has had a good old over hall and a lot of the inside margins with dead wood and brambles have been taken out .. still more work to continue but a noticeable difference and more wind lanes have been created ..

The fish have only just started to wake up properly the last week or so but we’ve had Afew crackers out over the winter …

The water is still very cold but I have noticed them sunbathing a lot in the upper layers during the sunny days so working out bite times has been critical ..

Here’s to starting the season and I am looking forward to seeing Peter rich and Paul in the next couple of days .. I shall keep you informed and tight lines those of you on the bank .. 🎣

Ps I’m willing to dance for any cheap petrol or diesel knocking about … these w@£kers need to sort this s@“t out they are taking the p**s ..one love people . 🤦‍♂️😂🕺

Well we didn’t get the snow predicted this morning ..
but the rain has started which is freezing everything at the moment .. 🥶🧊

I think our wonderland will be almost gone by tomorrow but it still looks really nice for now …

The horses are enjoying it and don’t seem phased and the crazy pooch is still up to her usual antics .. 🐴 ❄️ 🐶

We were looking at huge tracks this morning across the lake and round the surrounding boarders … The boar have definitely walked across it without going through … just shows how thick it is in places .. 🐗 🧊

roll on the next phase strong winds ‘ 9 and 10 degrees temperatures and a fair bit of rain is coming our way within the next week .. ☀️💨 ☔️ 💦
