Georges Hébert's Methode Naturelle Federation created by the grandchildren

The Faculty of Sports at Rennes and the École Normale Supérieure of Rennes will be organizing a seminar on Natural Training, historically known as Hébertism, on March 12, 13, and 14.

Many thanks to Jean-Jacques Grimm, who has dedicated himself tirelessly to this project.

There will be three days of conferences, and the Natural Training Federation is planning an "off" festival with volunteer instructors who can present a particular discipline or group of disciplines they have mastered: self-defense, swimming, minimalist walking, etc.

An opportunity to refresh your knowledge and get together.
The Natural Training Federation will rent a gîte (holiday cottage) in Rennes to keep costs as low as possible.

Crazy Holidays! at the Champ de Mars on August 20th.

It was with pleasure and thanks that we made available to the Secours Populaire, on the occasion of its 80th anniversary, a 2,400 m² Natural Training area at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.

A wonderful and enjoyable day spent during this Holidays Forgotten Day (JOV in French), attended by 60,000 children and their caregivers, including 3,000 from five continents.

Proud to have been hosted by the Secours Populaire Easter Egg Hunt!

A look back at an Easter weekend full of energy and smiles!

The Fédération d'Entraînement Naturel (Natural Training Federation) is immensely proud to have hosted the entire sports portion of the magnificent Secours Populaire solidarity Easter Egg Hunt at the Parc des Buttes Chaumont - Paris - France!

What a joy it was to see so many children enthusiastically set off on our courses, discover the joys of movement, and share moments of pure outdoor fun. Seeing their eyes sparkle and their contagious energy was our greatest reward!

Thank you to all the participants for their dynamism!

This active participation reflects our fundamental values: , , and the desire to transmit the pleasure of .

It is an honor to put our expertise at the service of such a noble cause as that championed by the Secours Populaire de Paris (French Popular Aid of Paris), with whom we share a deep commitment to solidarity and the well-being of children.

And our collaboration doesn't stop there! We are already looking forward to our next major solidarity events:
- On Wednesday, August 20, 2025, we will be on the Champ de Mars for sports courses during the "day for those forgotten by the holidays."
- On Sunday, September 14, 2025, we're heading to the Zénith de Paris for another memorable day of physical activities for children and their families.

A huge congratulations to the Secours Populaire for organizing this exceptional event, and thank you for their trust.
