Two of my friends who can't join my workshop on Friday have paid for 2 spots for me to give away on social media ( Aren't they the cutest people on earth, seriously?!!).

They believe that this workshop can really help people who need to connect more with their body and want to give them the opportunity to work on feeling more comfortable and free.

I believe that this sort of workshop should also be accessible to everyone who need it so :

I went all the way to Marseille to run around in circles and move things across the floor for 1h11. I have to say, I actually had a lot of fun 😄
I'm sure if I get myself a proper Hyrox outfit I'll be able to gain a few minutes en the next one. Maybe a backwards cap and speed glasses too 🤙🏻

Jokes aside I'm really impressed by how many friggin fit women there are out there and I've decided to learn how to run. So there will be a next time 😈 Where should I sign up to?

Head of The Charles River 2024 🚣🏼‍♀️ What an experience! 10k rowers in one big celebration of rowing 🥳 From school rowers to Olympic champions, all participating in the same regatta. We got to call the famous Newell boathouse our club for a whole week, got to get back in an eight, and doing it with my best friends could only make the whole experience even more special. We're definitely onto something : Rowing in the morning & touristing in the afternoon was a great combo...what's the next one gonna be?! 😃 Reccomendations are welcome in the comments 🙏⤵️

We're back with our signature event featuring 45min Pilates Fusion (with me) and 45min Yoga and Meditation with the magical Alexis ✨️

If you have been to Alexis' classes you KNOW...the feeling of "wow I needed that" each and every time.
This time the Pilates Fusion will be a mix of mobility and core sequences from past Flows, where we will mix Pilates with Barre, Yoga and Animal Flow 🐆

Meditating is an essential tool when you want to live you life with more intention. It helps clear the fog and unclutter the brain. I've noticed I increase my capacity to focus and most importantly it forces me to check in on my emotions.

Most of the women participating in the Dare Your Dreams Retreat had never meditated before. A few struggled with just being able to sit still and focus on one single thing. It is completely normal to not "be able" to meditate when you start, you mind needs to be trained. But the more you practise the more you will notice your capacity to tune in with yourself and to just be present.

Start with even just 3 minutes a day, instead of scrolling or while your waiting for the bus. Focus on your breathing, close your eyes, tune in with how you're feeling without holding on to any thoughts that come by.

3 min. Try it. Give your brain some space.
