🇫🇷 Suite à un incident survenu lors du dernier entraînement à Marseille les conditions n’étaient malheureusement plus réunies pour performer et profiter de Sorrento comme prévu.

En équipe, nous avons pris la décision de déclarer forfait pour les ORC World Championship 2026, afin de nous concentrer sur l’essentiel et revenir plus forts pour la suite.
La team Confluence est plus soudée que jamais et n’a qu’une hâte c’est de retourner naviguer sur pepere très rapidement !

🇬🇧 Following an incident during our last training session, the conditions were unfortunately no longer in place to perform and fully enjoy Sorrento as planned.

As a team, we made the decision to withdraw from the ORC World Championship 2026, allowing us to focus on what matters most and come back stronger for the future.

Stronger than ever, confluence team is already looking ahead and looking forward sailing again !

🇫🇷 Clap de fin du Championnat d’Europe IRC 2025 à Bonifacio, et fin de saison pour la team Confluence !

Le championnat se termine sur un podium 🥉
Nous avons commencé par deux superbes journées d’inshore dans les bouches de Bonifacio, qui nous ont placés en première position avant le tour de Corse.

Ce fameux tour de Corse fut un peu plus compliqué pour nous : nous étions dans le match, aux avant-postes jusqu’à Calvi, avant de voir nos chances de victoire s’envoler suite à un passage à niveau moins bien négocié que certains de nos petits copains… qui, eux, se sont envolés !

On rentre heureux d’avoir passé un si bon moment entre copains sur ce beau bateau, et plein d’énergie pour la suite !

🇺🇸 End of the 2025 IRC European Championship in Bonifacio and end of the season for Team Confluence!

The championship wraps up with a podium finish 🥉
We started strong with two amazing inshore racing days in the Bonifacio Strait, which put us in first place before the Tour of Corsica.

That famous Tour of Corsica turned out to be a bit tougher for us — we were right in the game until Calvi, before seeing our chances of victory slip away after a less-than-perfect transition, while some of our friends managed to fly ahead!

We head home happy after such a great time together and full of energy for what’s next!

🇫🇷 Arrivés après 37h30 de course autour de l’île de beauté !

Pas le résultat attendu sur cet offshore mais beaucoup de plaisir sur l’eau avec les copains ce qui rend l’exercice incroyable 😍

Post à suivre avec le classement final et pour debriefer la semaine

🇺🇸Arrived after 37 hours and 30 minutes of racing around « L’île de beauté »!

Not the result we were hoping for in this offshore race, but a lot of fun on the water with friends, which makes the experience incredible 😍

A good night of sleep before leaving for the long course around Corsica !
