Cause it’s a damn lot easier than you think…

Step One 🩷 Before you start thinking about training, make sure you’re settled in, empty that suitcase and do that laundry, get your head back in the right headspace FIRST.

Step Two🩷 Get a good training session in and push your best in that session. Starting back strong is the best move, it’s going to cement your mindset to your goal.

Step Three 🩷 Return to your way of eating pre-holiday as quickly as you can, usually for me, it’s the minute I land. Nip it in the bud, none of this, I’ll start tomorrow, we both know how that goes down.

IF YOU STRUGGLE TO DO ANY OF THE ABOVE🩷 If you’re not excited about getting back into your training and diet it’s because you are not training within a style that you enjoy, so that needs to be addressed.
With your diet, it means you restrict yourself too much, which is not an option.

You always gain weight on holidays but you don’t want to.

For me, I travel A LOT. With that in the beginning I found myself constantly gaining weight and coming home to a mission of losing it all again, so learning what works came with a DAMN lot of experimenting, trial and error.

You absolutely can stay on track and even make progress on holidays without diet or the gym.

When I travel, the world is my gym, I take every opportunity to go on an adventure ✨

And I assure you, I do not cut back one bit on my food, I LOVE to eat let me tell you! (Scroll for proof) 😜

Leaving this as a reminder to everyone wondering how I keep my waist so small…

❌I want to make it very clear that I do not starve myself❌

I am the human equivalent to a vacuum machine.

I have friends who call me Hoover. 🤣

Of course this is normal post-meal, evening bloating BUT how do I keep my stomach tight the rest of the time?

I CHOOSE MOVEMENT.

I train a LOT, which means I need a lot of energy (calories).

I run, I lift, I train, I do 15-20,000 steps per day so I am in fact within my maintenance calories, sometimes in a deficit, sometimes in a surplus!

Wether you join my coaching to lose weight on a stricter plan or a lifestyle change with gradual weightloss either way what you get with me is education, a change in how you view food as well as the weight you want gone.
