At long last, the new health centre in Riberac, Pôle Santé du Ribéracois, is about to open.
There is an open day to the public on Monday, 13th July, from 1 pm to 6 pm.
Why not come along, see the centre and meet me. I will be there, in the Espace Sport Santé, Zone 5, between 3 pm and 5.30 pm, to answer any questions you might have about my courses.

New class, teaching Qi gong and Dai Yin in the foyer rural at Bertric-Burée, Thursday mornings, 10 am to 10.45 am.

Combined, these exercises:
• invigorate
• rejuvenate
• strengthen the whole body
• persons of any age can do them
• they can be done sitting down

Happy New Year to you all. Let’s hope this one is a good one for us all.

For those who did not know, I spent seven months of 2018 in a wheelchair, having broken my leg and ankle in four places and having had two complicated operations. But in spite of teaching from my wheelchair, my class has been full and I had quite a few new members join. I have been back on my feet now for a while and looking forward to opening some more classes later in the year.

My Thursday class returns on the 10th January and new members are always welcome to come along and see if they enjoy doing Tai Chi Chuan.
