Health is a culmination of different behaviors that enhance and support oneโ€™s sense of self.

How well is a to be wed who insists on living in a gym, using all their free time to workoutโ€”while;
๐Ÿ‘‰neglecting social relationships,
๐Ÿ‘‰avoiding problems and issues in their life and becoming disengaged,
๐Ÿ‘‰constantly stressed out and worries about how theyโ€™ll appear to others, and
๐Ÿ‘‰feels like they need to earn an opportunity to eat by working out for or it needing to be a specific day?

When a bride to be can truly be their most authentic self and feel empowered doing so, the new chapter of their life will be filled with so much possibility and opportunity.

Theyโ€™ll feel their most vibrant and excited to step into their power that they knew they were capable of all along but may not have felt confident enough to live it due to the same societal expectations that make them feel inadequate in the first place.

There isnโ€™t only one WAY to be a bride. There isnโ€™t one way to get married.

And thatโ€™s what this Ken stands for.

My mission is for all brides to be to feel their most empowered, confident, happy, healthy and like badasses on their wedding dayโ€”no matter how they look.
