Hi gang , this year is going so fast and here we are in July already , it’s been a brilliant 6 months of fitness .
I am fortunate to have a great group who attend my fitness classes regularly thank you all for your continuing support ❤️ I thoroughly enjoy running them .
However it’s time for me to take a break and recharge .
Classes will finish July 17 and restart September 9 .
I WILL be back with some new look classes to keep you fit happy and motivated .

It’s that time of the year again, hot and holiday time for lots of you !
Wednesday evening circuit class has now stopped and will restart again in the autumn . All morning classes will continue as normal .
