Vous êtes plutôt tête sortie ou rentrée ?🤸
Personnellement, j'ai tendance à rentrer ma tête car souvent en capoeira on rentre la tête pour regarder ce qu'il se passe dans le jeux.
La sensation que cela procure est un peu differente lorsqu'on cherche à obtenir une ligne parfaite.
Sur la deuxième photo, mon corp bascule légèrement en arrière, mais la ligne reste stable. Ce qu'il faudrait, c'est que je puisse ramener mon corp vers l'avant. Prochaine étape.

Personally, I often put my head in because in capoeira we always put our heads in to watch what's going on in the game.
The feeling it gives is a little different when you try to get a perfect line.
In the second picture, my body tilts back slightly, but the line remains stable. What I need is to be able to bring my body back forward, and this is my next step. 💪

When you see this advanced move for the first time, it seems to be good, beautiful, and well done. In fact no. There are many faults in it:
So what's wrong you could ask ? 😃
❎ First : my chest is not straight enough. That means it's more difficult for me to have a soft landing, and sometimes it's painful 😩
✔️ correct my chest position will help me to have a better move, faster, and a soft landing
❎ Second : My arms are too far from my body. It's a big problem because of that my entire body can't turn as quick as I want. To reach one day the 540 kick move, I have to correct this.
✔️ the more I'll bring my arms close to my chest, the quickest my rotation is, and the better my move is.
❎ Third : Timing is also very important. Here, I haven't the good Timing when I do the rotation using my arms.
✔️ the good timing will allow me to feel more comfortable with the rotation, and the landing also. It will also help to prepare correctly for other more difficult moves like 740.

It's been almost 2 months I'm training for my now. I through it was simple thanks to my strong bases in classic handstand, but it is not 😤
In fact when you want to start in this adventure, you must to be disciplined. You absolutely must respect a training order to develop strong fundamentals.
on one arm requires a lot of energy. So first of all, be sure to be very confident with the basic handstand.
But trust me the only small difference between a person who can realize the and me/you, is discipline.
Personally I don't training every days, because as said in one of his previous post, it's very important to have a good restorative sleep.
