Following the voluntary recall issued in January 2025, our teams identified that some NEO BT PRO devices may have an issue that could, under certain conditions, affect their performance.

ARVA is implementing a mandatory, self-service Safety Check.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘄:

→ Stop using your NEO BT PRO
→ Download the ARVA app and run the Safety Check: Go to PRODUCTS → PRODUCT INFO → SAFETY CHECK

▶ If the result is OK: the device is compliant and may continue to be used.
▶ If the result is NOT OK: the user must go to the return procedure page for a brand-new replacement, fully covered by ARVA.

The Safety Check is:
→ free
→ self-service
→ immediate
