After the Coral Coast Sevens it was back to the drawing board for the Mamaqa Grassroot Programme. Attendance was really high as everyone wanted to be part of the next tournament. If we could take them all, we would but we had to choose only 15 players for the Fiji Bitter Nawaka Sevens 2023. The boys will be camping at the AOG church close to Prince Charles Park. The following players have been chosen take part in the Fiji Bitter Nawaka 7's 2023.

The boys will be gearing up for the first Fiji Bitter Sevens Tournament of 2023. This will just be their second appearance in the Fiji Bitter Nawaka Sevens.
