All players and supporters please be informed that our meeting is scheduled next week Tuesday (21/04/26) at Nasinu Multipurpose Court from 4:00pm – 5:00pm.

We warmly invite everyone from Delaitokatoka Settlement, Veikoba, Delaivalelevu, Tacirua, Colo-I-Suva, Sakoca, and Tamavua who would like to be part of our netball family to attend.

4️⃣ Oldies 40 Women’s Team – Ages 40 and above

With hearts full of gratitude and pride, the Naitasiri South Netball Association would like to sincerely thank everyone who contributed to the success of our participation in the Sapphires International Series Championship in Sydney, Australia.

First and foremost, we extend our deepest appreciation to the Organizing Committee for hosting such a well-organized and inspiring international competition. A very special vinaka vakalevu to Mrs Shal Pal for your warm welcome, guidance, and unwavering support throughout our journey — from our visa lodgement process right through to the competition day. Your kindness and assistance made our experience in Sydney truly memorable. A BIG VINAKA VAKALEVU FOR THE GREAT HOSTS(LUNCH, DINNER AND MERCHANDISE)🫶

To our dedicated players, we are incredibly proud of your commitment, discipline, and determination. You represented our communities and the Province of Naitasiri with great pride and sportsmanship on the international stage. Your hard work and unity truly paid off.

We also extend heartfelt gratitude to the families of our players, whose encouragement and sacrifices made this journey possible. Special acknowledgment to the following families who came to support the team:

This is a great start of more netball engagement in the future for our Fijian families at home in participating at international netball tournaments.

Thank you to everyone who supported us spiritually through prayers and financially through contributions and fundraising efforts. Your support carried our teams every step of the way.

🏆 Best Discipline Team Award – a true reflection of our players’ respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
⭐ Rising Star Award – Congratulations to our Mix Junior Grade player, Sikeli Ranavue, for this outstanding individual achievement. Your talent and dedication have made your team, family, and community extremely proud.

This achievement marks another important milestone for Naitasiri South Netball Association as we continue to grow from local competitions to the international stage.

On behalf of the Naitasiri South Netball Association, I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to our teams who will proudly represent our association and the Province of Naitasiri at the Sapphires International Series Championship in Sydney, Australia.

Congratulations to our Open Women’s Team, Mixed Senior Team, and Mixed Junior Team. You carry with you the hopes, pride, and spirit of our community. Your commitment to training, teamwork, and discipline has earned you this opportunity to compete on the international stage.

This journey is a testament to God’s faithfulness. Just last year, we worked together to revive the Naitasiri South Netball Association. Through perseverance, unity, and prayer, we moved from rebuilding our association, to competing in Inter-District competitions, and now to representing our people internationally. Truly, God has guided every step of this journey — and for that, we give Him all the praise and glory.

As it is written in the Bible:

I would also like to acknowledge and sincerely thank everyone who contributed to this journey — those who supported us through prayers, spiritual encouragement, fundraising efforts, and the many parents, supporters, and community members who stood beside our players. Your support has made this possible.

To our players, thank you for your dedication, sacrifices, and commitment to training. You are ambassadors not only of Naitasiri South Netball Association but also of the values of discipline, humility, and teamwork.

This tour marks the first of many international opportunities to come. Our doors remain open to all who wish to be part of our journey. Whether you are from Naitasiri or beyond, you are always welcome to join us as we prepare for our 2027 international tour.
