Thank you Fiji Women's Crisis Centre for acknowledging Mr Jone “Johnny’s”Turaga’s contributions to the development of volleyball in Fiji.May he rest in peace.

The Fiji Women’s Crisis Centre (FWCC) extends our heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and the wider volleyball community on the passing of Mr Jone “Johnny” Turaga.

Through more than a decade of FWCC’s partnership and work with Suva Volleyball, we have had the privilege of crossing paths with many dedicated allies. Johnny was one of them.

As a person living with a disability, Johnny inspired many. He never allowed barriers to stand in the way of his passion for volleyball. Our thoughts are with his family, loved ones, colleagues, and the volleyball community during this difficult time.
