The Freshet Navy Blues produced a mighty second-half crusade to storm home and defeat the Nasinu Reds 21-16 in a thrilling opening encounter at Buckhurst Park. Trailing at the break, the Navy Blues rallied strongly after halftime, turning defense into attack and pressure into points to complete a memorable comeback victory.

Meanwhile, QEB Green are in control of the second match, taking a 17-3 lead over Western Force into halftime.
