Successful Start to Our 16-Week Striders Tuberi Program in partnership with GIR Plus.
We are thrilled to kick off our 16-week Striders Tuberi Program in Partnership with Get into Rugby Plus, and what a fantastic start it has been! Seeing the enthusiasm, commitment, and energy from our participants in these early sessions is truly inspiring.
This program is all about developing skills, building confidence, and fostering a love for the game, and we’re already seeing great progress. From fundamental drills to strength & conditioning work and Life skill, every session is designed to help our athletes grow both on and off the field.
A huge thank you to Noame Rabeni and Plus for your support. Your partnership has added great impacting young ladies to become Leaders.
We would like to Acknowledge the friends of Striders Yoko Kanemasu and Friends, Meli Tuifagalele & Family for your kind donation to this program.
Thanks to all volunteer dedicated coaches Koroi Saiasi Ada Dansey and support staff Alena Mucunabitu Alona Feskato'a for creating an environment where players can learn, improve, and enjoy the game. And of course, shoutout to all our participants for showing up with passion and determination—we can’t wait to see how you progress over the next few months!

Striders Women's Rugby Club with Get Into Rugby Plus Tuberi Program!!!
The Striders Women’s Rugby Club is excited to announce its partnership with Get Into Rugby Plus for our Annual Tuberi Program!
This year, we’re offering a unique opportunity to develop both basic life skills and basic rugby skills in a supportive and fun environment.
Program Highlights:
Basic Life Skills: Learn important life skills such as teamwork, leadership, communication, and resilience, which will help you both on and off the field.
Basic Rugby Skills: Improve your rugby abilities with expert coaching on the fundamentals of the game, including passing, tackling, and positioning.
The program will run every Wednesday 5pm for the next 16weeks. We will start our Program on the Wednesday 5th March,2025 Fiji Sports Council (Buckhurst 1). Register now to avoid disappointment.
