Zumba and Toso offers easy to follow dance and cardio workout routines that will leave you feeling invigorated, refreshed and AWESOME!! Both are fun, energetic and non-judgemental atmosphere where people can also workout at their own pace and time. Whilst working out at each HOUR class, you can also BURN u

p to a 1000 calories!! Everyone is welcome to our Dance Fitness Classes! There is NO need to sign Registration Forms or to make Bookings - All you have to do is find a Class nearest to you and join in the PARTY!! You only pay for classes you attend (Pay As You Go System) - Prices will vary from $3.00-$5-00!!
