Since everyone actually understood the assignment last time and came dressed up, we’re running it back this Ratu Sukuna public holiday with a TAKE ME BACK TO THE 90s theme 📼🎧 Dig out the bright colours, bike shorts, oversized tees, scrunchies, sweatbands, anything giving old school 90s workout energy! And don’t stress if you don’t have clothes from 3 decades ago 🤣 just come in bright colours and save yourself from the 20 burpee penalty 😬😆

Let’s retire the myth that strength training makes women look masculine. Ladies, lifting heavy weights will NOT make you look like a man. It will make you strong, confident, and resilient.
