Unfortunately Mr. Seru is feeling abit under the weather, we are postponing the Referee Clinic to tomorrow 09/09/26 and this will run for 3days in the afternoon from 5.30pm-7.30pm

We do apologize for the inconvenience. Yet we wish Mr. Seru a speedy recovery and we hope to see you all at Ed's Court tomorrow evening.

RYVA Update

Fiji Volleyball Federation Special General Meeting

On Saturday, 29 August 2026, Raiwaqa Youth Volleyball Association President attended the Fiji Volleyball Federation Special General Meeting (SGM) as observers, following an invitation from the Federation. The meeting focused on the discussion and voting of the proposed Phase 1 amendments to the FVF Constitution adopted on 19 July 2017.

The discussions centred on key governance matters, including affiliation requirements for associations, provisions relating to dormant and rejoining associations, and the separation of the Federation's operational By-Laws from the Constitution.

RYVA remains committed to staying informed and engaged in developments that contribute to the growth, governance, and future of volleyball in Fiji. We thank the Fiji Volleyball Federation for the opportunity to attend and observe these important discussions.

📣 CALLING ALL VOLLEYBALL CLUB TEAMS! 🏐

The Raiwaqa Youth Volleyball Association (RYVA) is now accepting registrations for the 2026-2027 Volleyball Season!

⚠️ Please note: This registration is ONLY for established Club Teams who wish to compete in the upcoming season. Individual player registrations are not being accepted through this competition registration process.

🔥 Competition Details ✅ 8-Week Competition

✅ U18, Women's & Men's Divisions
✅ Games played weekly:
• Thursdays - U18 Division
• Fridays - Women's Division
• Saturdays - Men's Division

📝 How to Register Registration forms can be obtained via Messenger or Viber.

💰 Registration Fees

• Men's Team - $100
• Women's Team - $70
• U18 Team - $50

📌 Teams will be allowed to pay their registration fees by the 3rd week of competition.

📅 Registration Deadline: 5th September

🏐 This is a great opportunity for clubs to compete, develop players, build team culture, and be part of a growing volleyball community in Raiwaqa.

At Raiwaqa Youth Volleyball Association (RYVA), we believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to grow through sport. Volleyball teaches discipline, teamwork, leadership, respect, and resilience—but building a stronger future for our players also requires the support of our community.

We're excited to launch our WORK-A-PLAYER FUNDRAISER, where you can sponsor one of our players to complete volleyball and fitness challenges!

💰 How does it work?

You choose how many challenges you'd like to sponsor:

🏐 $1 = 1 Skill Challenge
🏐 $5 = 5 Skill Challenges
🏐 $10 = 10 Skill Challenges
🏐 $15 = 15 Skill Challenges

Our players will complete a combination of volleyball and fitness challenges, which may include:

✅ Setting
✅ Spiking
✅ Blocking
✅ Agility Drills
✅ Fitness Challenges

Every sponsored challenge will be recorded.

A Big Vinaka Vakalevu

Our Rt. Senibici Tournament campaign has come to an end. While we fell short of our goal, we're proud of the effort shown throughout the two-day event.

Congratulations to our Reveli brothers on taking out the major prize money 👏🏽

A big thank you to the tournament organizers, officials, volunteers, supporters, and all the teams we competed against.

Special thanks to our sisters, mothers, and brothers for keeping us fed and refreshed over the weekend, and to our players and officials for braving the cold and giving their all.

Above all, we thank our Lord and Savior for His protection and blessings throughout the tournament.
