Surf Fitness Fiji My name is William Dansey and I am 21 years of age . I would list my hobbies as skating, basketball, singing surfing and fire dancing.

In 2011 I completed high school at Suva Christian Community High School. In 2013 I obtained a certificate in graphic design at the University of Fiji. I also hold certificate as a surfing instructor and have qualified as a lifeguard. Currently I work for Christian surfers Fiji, providing surfing lesson to international secondary students. I am also a part-time lifeguard for the Australia High Comm

ission in Fiji. At present I am the only Fijian to gain a scholarship from the International Surfing Association. I am now doing a course with Fit College Fiji thanks to Fiji Surfing Association. FIT College specializes in health, training and education for the people wishing to work in the fitness industry. My future would be as a graphic designer and a surf trainer and as a personal trainer.

ESSA is Exercise and Sports Science Australia it helps us to live a happy and healthy lifestyle that is what ESSA is here to do for us and is founded in 1991.this organization promotes, establishes and defends the career paths of tertiary trained exercise and sports science practitioners.

Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It is performed for various reasons including strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance, as well as for the purpose of enjoyment. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent the "diseases of affluence" such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity. It also improves mental health, helps prevent depression, helps to promote or maintain positive self-esteem, and can even augment an individual's s*x appeal or body image, which is also found to be linked with higher levels of self-esteem.

Sport scientists hold, at minimum, an undergraduate honors’ degree in the field of exercise and sports science. Many sports scientists have a doctorate and specialize in an area of performance management. They help individual athletes and teams to improve their sporting performance through the use of scientific knowledge, methods and applications in the areas of physiology; bio mechanics; psychology; and motor control and motor development. They evaluate research, and they advise on the technical and practical aspects of training; injury prevention; technique; nutritional supplements; performance and recovery practices. Sports scientists work at all levels of sport.
A sports scientist can help you or your team by:
• Developing a strength and conditioning program
• Monitoring training load
• Analyzing skills and techniques
• Providing bio mechanical analysis for injury prevention or to improve performance
• Analyzing with other members of the support team to optimize performance

This organization advance health and well being by exercising everyday and to keep them fit and healthy. It helps them from getting diseases and motivates other people in doing this including me.
