If you start choosing yourself today, here’s where you could be in 6 months.

You stop waiting for the perfect moment.

You stop believing your body needs to change before your life does.

You trust yourself instead of everyone else’s opinion.

You make decisions from the woman you want to be, not the woman fear tells you you are.

You wake up feeling lighter because you’re no longer carrying the weight of “not enough.”

Six months doesn’t sound like a long time.

Until you realise your life can look completely different because of the choices you make today.
