The Sicklefin Lemon Sharks are serving so much attitude. 💁‍♀️🍋🦈

Our visiting lemon sharks are mostly females, and every single one has a personality that’s larger than life. If you watch closely, you’ll spot the biggest female confidently controlling access to the feeder—this is Wanda, the matriarch of the lemon sharks. She can be identified by the distinctive white growth behind her right gill slits, and she never waits her turn is she can help it!

This Friday, July 17th, our wonderful friends at InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa, Grand Pacific Hotel and Holiday Inn Suva are donating all proceeds from their coffee sales ☕️ to Fiji Shark Lab. ✨

Every cup ☕️ will help support our research, conservation, education and community outreach to protect Fiji’s sharks, rays and the ocean ecosystems they call home. 🪸
